We are looking for a driven Senior Accountant to join our client's team and support their financial operations during this phase of rapid expansion. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dedicated accounting team of four. Competitive salaryHybrid working arrangement - minimal travelProfessional growth and development opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative work cultureKey Responsibilities:Generate and distribute routine and special financial and operational reports.Analyze job costs related to key manufacturing and installation projects.Maintain comprehensive sales and use tax records.Prepare and submit tax returns for various states.Act as the primary contact for all sales and use tax-related inquiries.Prepare, review, and post journal entries.Perform balance sheet reconciliations.Calculate and process commissions and bonuses.Support external audits and internal control evaluations.Assist with the credentialing of vendors.Provide support to the Billing Coordinator and Accounts Payable Specialist when necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.#LI-HK1#LI-Hybrid
