Fusion Technology LLC is in search for an experienced Construction Scheduler for a position in Beltsville, MD.
Title: Construction Scheduler

Project Description:
The USACE NAB has a need for CMS services to support the construction of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) New Currency Production Facility (CPF) to be located in Beltsville, MD. The new CPF will provide a modern, secure, and innovative facility for the manufacturing of United States currency for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, as well as other government-issued documents, certificates, and other printed materials. The facility will occupy a 104-acre site. The construction is comprised of a primary building with a footprint of approximately one million sq ft and a height of approximately 40-50 ft, along with a series of security screening buildings at the site entrance and sitework. The program consists of manufacturing hall and support spaces, administrative offices and accompanying support and conference spaces, laboratory/research spaces, a warehouse, vaults, firing range, a tour area for visitors, and visitor/vehicle screening outbuildings. The construction contract will have a 3-year duration with an enhanced 1-year warranty period. During the warranty period, the contract will be available for consultation to the Facility Maintenance (FM)/Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Contractor. BEP will phase in over 4-years following Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD).
Job Details:
Conduct technical and management analysis of construction contract schedules.
Review claims involving disputes on contract interpretations, modification costs, government caused delays, site conditions, etc.
Preparation of background schedule data required for technical and legal review and provide to the COR for consideration on claims to be provided to the CO given a formal decision.
Perform evaluation of potential win/loss risk and its economic impact on the project as a whole.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Construction Scheduling
Preferred: Degree in Scheduling or a Construction Field
