Immediate opening for a Trauma Surgeon/Surgical Intensivist/Acute Care Surgeon.
Faculty AppointmentThe Trauma Surgeon reports directly to the Chief of Trauma, and the Chair of the Department of Surgery.Level 1 Trauma and Burn CenterOutstanding work environment, competitive compensation plan/benefits package includes paid time off, CME allowance with paid time off, 401k matching and employer paid malpractice insurance.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathyBoard certified/eligible by the American Board of Surgery in general surgery and surgical critical careFellowship trained surgeon to complete our team and provide a full range of surgical services.Requirements include demonstrated skills in emergency surgery, surgical critical care, trauma patient care, and a record of teaching and research experience (health services, translational or basic science research).
Not-for-profit faculty practice plan owned and operated by physicians consisting of more than 400 providers who represent all the major medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.
