LBPM is a fast-paced, and rapidly growing, successful Los Angeles based property management firm. LBPM manages properties all over southern California with a particular focus around Los Angeles county. This position will be operating from our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.
We have an immediate opening for a Portfolio Supervisor in our Multifamily Division. This is a full-time position and includes a competitive salary and complete benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a portfolio of multifamily properties, including rent controlled and non-rent-controlled apartment buildings, **** along with strong communication, organization, time management and computer skills. We are eagerly seeking candidates with specific experience leasing and managing small and medium sized (4-60 unit) apartment buildings as a prerequisite for this position! Additionally experience with AppFolio is a definite plus!
