Opportunity at a GlanceThe Senior Manager, HRIS & Analytics provides strategic direction and operational management for HR technology, as well as analytics support to other HR Centers of Excellence (COE). This includes the design, implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of leveraging technology to improve overall efficiency and provide quality data to end users. The position works in close partnership with the HR COEs to provide operational support and analytics that support the overall HR strategy, as well as that of the individual COEs.

ResponsibilitiesManage the day to day operations of all HR technology and COE support, partnering with HR leaders to identify needs and potential efficiencies. Solutions and support will include Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning Management.Leads and oversees a broad range of HR initiatives including system upgrades, process enhancements, reporting and data analysis to meet ongoing business needs.Supervise staff who support, maintain, and enhance the HR related technology functionality, as well as broader HR analytical support. Sets goals and manage the team's performance. Ensures the staff develops strong technical, process and customer service skills.Responsible for best in class process design, process improvement and directs others to implement such designs.Regularly evaluates all HR systems to optimize integration, automation, efficiency, and user experience.Responsible for planning, budgeting and forecasting of current and future HRIS needs. Maintain awareness of HR vendor plans and their potential impact on HRIS functionality.Oversees the determination and implementation of strategies and tactics to maintain established customer service levels.Acts as primary interface for Senior Leaders within HR to ensure best in class service and strategic analyses are being performed.Oversees the proposal and design of SLAs for the function and is responsible for the team meeting all defined SLA's for the operation.Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure work product is delivered on time, while adhering to high-quality standards and meeting customer expectations.Prepare ongoing HR and other management metrics to help support the HR business partner relationship with internal customers; identify trends, and prepare presentations for Sr. Management.Overall accountability for data integrity to include quality, accuracy, security, and usability of colleague data and related interfaces by implementing adequate processes, audits and backup systems.Strategically designs and implements workflows within the department.Responsible for ensuring all institutional and functional needs are met.Responsible for designing feedback process to evaluate efficacy.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsQualifications

Bachelor's Degreerequired8+ years progressive HR experience required with exposure to multiple functional areas (compensation, performance management, employee relations, HR systems, talent acquisition etc.).Strong project management experience is required; PMP Certification or Masters in Project Management is a plus.UKG UltiPro and Workforce Management experience preferredHigh proficiency with HR/payroll systems and desktop software tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, etc.Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment collaborating and building strong relationships with various teams.Ability to lead, influence, and support teams to structure, manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and processes.Must maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.Works at a fast pace with a passion for continuous improvement.Ability to work in a matrixed organization and foster a cooperative work environment.Ability to assess objectives and operational requirements and to develop and implement suitable operational policies and/or procedures.Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $145077.09. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
