OVERVIEWFifteen4 is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience.The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director of Design + Digital and Senior Designer on designing and producing high-quality print, digital, and social media designs for a range of well-established global brands. Projects include but are not limited to identity materials, PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, print materials, trade show booths, web banners, infographics, proposals, websites, and ads. This position will work independently on certain projects while periodically working with a larger team of talented designers on other projects.A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout is required. Familiarity with web design principles is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in digital design, working alongside our web team to create responsive web designs in Figma, develop UI/UX strategies, and contribute to our digital practice.Our fast-paced agency environment requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple co-workers, teams, vendors, and management across various projects. Join us in making a difference through design that connects and inspires.RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities for this position include, but may not be limited to:Supports the Creative Director of Design + Digital and Senior Designer throughout all phases of the design process.Once fully acclimated to our clients and processes, the candidate will collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Designer to help shape the creative strategy and design direction for key client campaigns.Creates designs for global brands, B2B tech companies, and internal Fifteen4 marketing needs. This work will include:Short- and Long-form content like eBooks, fact sheets, and other publication typesPrint AdsDigital AdsSocial Media Assets (static and simple animations)Trade Show Booths + Other Event AssetsInfographicsPowerPoint + Keynote PresentationsMechanical print filesFifteen4 Marketing AssetsOccasionally, contribute to video projects by assisting with storyboards or style frames.Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, web developers, animators, and live-action creatives.Stay current on industry, software, and visual trends.Influence office culture and commit to the growth and success of Fifteen4.QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree or B.A. in an art/related field or equivalent experience is preferred.2+ years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an Agency environment.Strong proficiency in Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of Figma and PowerPoint preferred.Must be able to prepare documents for print. Training can be provided in print production best practices.Excellent design skills; a strong portfolio containing a minimum of 3-5 strategic and thoughtful design solutionsPossess a love for typography, layouts, and color theory.Web/UI experience is a plus.Able to closely follow direction and meet varying deadlines based on the scope of each project.Able to work independently as well as on a team.GENERAL EXPECTATIONSThe responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Report directly to the Creative Director, Design + DigitalCollaborate with our Project Managers to ensure timely and effective project delivery.Adhere to our team values: Creativity, Adaptability, Growth, Problem-Solving, and Kindness.Work in our Baltimore office at least two full days per week (currently Mondays and Thursdays).Serve our mission, and don't phone it in.Keep up with our super-talented team by pushing hard and getting stuff done.Job Type:
