Our client in the technology industry is seeking an Event Project Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with a keen attention to detail and experience in event support, who can seamlessly manage logistics, content sourcing, and registration for large-scale events while collaborating with multiple teams. This person will excel at creating demand generation templates, overseeing communications, supporting storytelling efforts, and coordinating across global teams to align on updates, assets, and project milestones.
Job Title: Event Project Coordinator
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 18 Month contract
$30-$32/hour + Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K saving options, 15 days of PTO & weekly pay
What's the Job?
Manage projects or workstreams within projects to ensure timely and effective delivery
Support specific aspects of corp-led and field-led events (including sourcing MSP content at AI Tours, custom assets or resources for event-related announcements, corp file management, registration, logistics, etc)
Support sponsorship workstream, speaker logistics and website updates
Create templates for dem gen report outs, craft weekly comms and readouts for updates on demand gen; support localization and design support for global assets
Support documentation, organization, and follow up related to stories and announcements from field and global teams. Prep work for story V-team. In some instances, support the creation of story outlines and manage the collection of data/quotes from field team
What's Needed?
MSFT365 Proficiency: incl PPT, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, and Mail Merge
Proven project management experience
Design skills and experience in template creation
Proficiency with forms, automation, and organizational tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and their usage in a professional context
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
