Brief Description:The Senior Accountant, Financial Planning & Analysis will be part of the team responsible for the development of the company's detailed annual budget and quarterly forecast as well as other ad hoc strategic analysis. This position will also be trained in the administration of our consolidation and reporting tool OneStream and will be part of the team responsible for the day-to-day administration of the system. This position offers significant responsibility and interaction with leaders and stakeholders across the company to align strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects.Detailed Description:Assist in the development and continually improve of budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reports of business segments and cost centers.Support the evaluation and analysis of potential transactions, including preparation of detailed financial models and benchmark analysis of key competitors.Support analysis of and preparation of materials for various corporate finance activities including, bank loans, capital market transactions, liability management and rating agency presentationsAd hoc analyses, financial modeling, and other special projectsSystem administration for OneStream module including user training and system enhancements

Experienced in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.Always maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate manner.Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or business-related field3+ years of Public Accounting Experience or 6 + years of relevant work experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, and/or corporate finance

Preferred Qualifications:MBA, CPA, or CFA a plusExperience with Oracle, SAP, & OneStream is a plus.

Additional Details:Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.
