Areas of specialty include healthcare, education, government, athletic facilities.Project Manager Job Description:The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall direction, execution and completion of a singular large-scale project or multiple mid-size projects. The PM will develop, coordinate, implement, and manage all facets necessary to construct projects on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. This role provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a leader.Select Responsibilities:Ground-up project delivery and successful outcome from pre-construction through closeoutEstablish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specificationsParticipate in the procurement process and develop project budgets and schedules and logistics planDetermine appropriate milestones and assign staff qualified to handle the scope and complexity of the projectProvide leadership and support to the project team. Review and communicate on ASIs, RFIs and material submittalsCoordinate and conduct required meetingsCommunicate directly with Superintendent and subcontractors concerning project costs, staffing, scheduling, and safetyMaintain relationships with architects, developers, and subcontractorsParticipate in industry networking events and associations to promote the company and gain insight in industry/market trendsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferredSuperior communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent problem-solving abilitiesStrong leadership and mentorshipProficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and/or Microsoft ProjectWhat's on Offer:Competitive base salaryVehicle and cell phone allowancesBonus programComprehensive health benefits and 401kPTO
