Job descriptionWhat's on Offer:Competitive base salaryVehicle and cell phone allowancesBonus programComprehensive health benefits and 401kPTOAbout the Company:National GC with long standing history within the Miami areaSpecialized in Multifamily - Midrise and Highrise ConstructionProject Manager Job Description:The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the multifamily sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.Project Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safetyReviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectDevelops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.Completes materials take-offs , establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement scheduleConfers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve problemsOrganize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired resultsAct in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectationsOversee project financialsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily ConstructionProven record of success on large and/or complex projectsProficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plusSalary : $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAbility to Relocate:Miami, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
