You will be responsible for scheduling conference rooms, managing event spaces, and coordinating specific facility needs for customer reservations. Description
You’ll collaborate with the team and customers to manage space reservations and coordinate events, while adhering to Conference & Production Services’ policies and best practices. Our dynamic team handles everything from basic room reservations to complex production events to campus-wide celebrations. You’ll handle all aspect of coordination, including space reservations, calendar management, work orders for facility needs (e.g., furniture setups, janitorial, electrical, etc.), and event set-ups/oversight. You’ll also act as the Facilities point of contact for events, pulling in partners for support and providing visibility about events. You’ll collaborate with many teams to ensure success, including Environment Health & Safety, Security, Maintenance Ops, Interior Services, Security, People, Catering, and many others. You’ll be responsible for ensuring conference rooms and storage units are properly managed and audited. Beyond coordinating meetings and events, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our organizational knowledge base. This includes updating essential documents like standard operating procedures, best practices, and key metrics. Your analytical skills will also be put to use on diverse special projects, ensuring continuous improvement across our operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
5 + years experience in event and meeting coordination, conference center or equivalent operations.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $34.60 and $51.90/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
