This diverse and highly specialized group of over 250 professionals provide the resources, tools, and support our location leaders need to effectively serve our partners, guests, and teams.Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Human Resources for the Home Office is an HR Business Partner to Home Office department heads responsible for leading the HR strategy and generalist function for our Home Office team. Additionally, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for Company benefit programs and service awards. This role serves as the liaison for Levy with the Compass Benefits and LOA Teams, manages benefit and LOA escalations, and champions annual open enrollment.Serves as a figurehead and expert for Human Resources within the Home Office and serves as a member of the Company's Human Resources Leadership Team shaping and developing Companywide HR strategy.Evaluate the business needs and set the strategic direction for the HR function in the Home Office, using statistical information and analytics to anticipate future needs, consequences, results, priorities, and trends.Partners with the Chief People Officer and Department Heads to create and implement the people strategy for the Home Office, in a way that supports the delivery of the Company's KPIs.Ensures compliance with labor and employment laws, company HR standards and policies, HR initiatives, procedures and standards within the Home Office.Partners with Senior Leadership and Department Heads to ensure team member stability and long term-growth attainment through workforce planning and creation of people strategies for the Home Office.Provide advice and counsel on all People & Culture related issues.Lead the Engagement Strategy process for the Home Office and Home Office departments.Oversee employee relations, recruiting, training, rewards and recognition, and all other HR-related functions for the Home Office, partnering with Centers for Expertise to access tools, solutions, and resources to drive people processes for the Home Office.Oversee all performance and talent planning related activities for the Home OfficeWork closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, work environments, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Support and foster a positive cultural environment for the Home Office by leading the Project Great Service team.Administer salaried compensation processes for Home Office, including year-end merit and performance review process.Administer process for company benefits for all of Levy, such as annual enrollment and LOA.Participate in setting company benefit strategy and policies.Act as a liaison with Compass Benefit and LOA teams, developing key relationships, escalating issues for resolution, and participating as voice of the sector in projects and initiatives.Oversee company-wide service awardsLead Home Office HR Team and assist Office Manager as needed in Home Office management responsibilities and communication.Other duties as assigned.
