FASHIONGO is part of NHN Global.ResponsibilitiesSupport defining, planning, and managing the rollout of platform features and enhancements.Identify customer pain points and needs by leading conversations with internal and external stakeholders.Create ideas that improve the buying experience of fashion B2B buyers.Balance product strategy against competing stakeholders from sales, strategy, operations, and development.Develop product specs, create wireframes, write tickets, and acceptance criteria, and validate product improvements and bugs.Partner with the development and QA teams to take products from conception to completion.To effectively deliver the service to users, devise a go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with the marketing and the sales.Manage and support product lifecycle day-to-day and create a future roadmap of the serviceCollaborate and effectively communicate across all functions within the organization.Stay up to date on market competition.Provide support to Sales, Implementation, and Customer Support teams as needed.Prepare written reports regarding status and progressQualificationsBA/ BS in related fieldsKorean and English bilingual5-7+ years of experience in a product (or project) management or online service planning roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to present effectively and professionally to the stakeholdersLeadership skills and ability to work well with teamsAnalytical thinking skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the fashion industryExperience in on-line marketplace services(B2B will be preferred)Experience in data analytics (SQL is a plus)Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plusBasic or Advanced skills on the software to communicate with relative teams (Such as Figma)Experience in software development, UX design, or e-commerce service platform operation.Experience in service planning, development, or operation of e-commerce platforms such as payment, settlement, order process, product management, buyer/seller management, reward system, coupon system, advertisement system, and (or) shipping-consolidation service design.BenefitsAnnual incentive bonusMedical/Dental/Vision coverage for the employee and their dependent families (0% deduction)401(k)Life insuranceAccidental Death & Dismemberment coverageLong-term disability benefitsHealth & Dependent Care FSAPTO - 15days for the 1st year (+1day every year).
