FASHIONGO is part of NHN Global.ResponsibilitiesCreate intuitive website pages and mobile design with current UI trends.Create materials & goods based on existing style guides to fit brand image.Work closely with our PM team, Mark up team and UX team to generate unique output that meets our branding guides.Create materials for Promotion shows, ensuring that each best represents FashionGo in the market.Explore design concepts and executions, looking for ways to improve the overall quality and structure of project assets.Solve problems creatively and effectively.Ability to understand and read HTML for design QA.Knowledgeable in fundamental UX Design Principles, wireframe and system logic.Ability to design pages based on skills and expert in UI layout design, hierarchy, color theory and information architecture.Deep understanding and skills in graphic and digital design.Ability to work well as a team while independently managing all design components related to a given project.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience specifically in the UI Design and Graphic DesignBachelor's Degree in graphic design or similar fieldProficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other 2D design toolsDesign portfolio that elicits excitement and desire in viewers (portfolio link must be stated in resume)Experience in designing from start to finish including the development processStrong visual design skills and passion for interaction designMust be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and a dynamic creative processPreferred QualificationsExperience with HTML/ CSSUnderstanding of e-Commerce fashion marketBenefitsAnnual Incentive bonusMedical/Dental/Vision coverage for the employees and their dependent families (0% deduction)401(k)Life InsuranceAccidental Death & Dismemberment coverageLong-term disability benefitsHealth & Dependent Care FSAPTO - 15days for the 1st year (+1 day every year) - Maximum 25 daysMarriage, Bereavement, Parental leave + equivalent subsidyProfessional Development AssistanceEmployee service AwardCompany paid lunch when working at the officeFully stocked office kitchen (beverage and snacks)Free parkingPay rangeThe pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $75,000 - $85,000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary " within the range " depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.A full range of medical, 401(k), and/or other benefits on the position will be offered on top of your base pay.Base pay information is based on market location.
