Essential duties:

Analyzing data about company’s operational costs

Develop and analyzing cost standards

Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.

Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.

Inventory management interaction with material consumption.

Collect cost information and maintain database

Prepare cost forecast for monthly, quarterly, or annual operating schedules

Maintain records, general ledger accounts and assist month – end and year -end close process.

Perform, review and analyze a broad range of complex accounting activities in order to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts

Conduct regular ledger maintenance

Analyze expenses to evaluate cost opportunities

Evaluate current workflow to recommend changes to increase accuracy and efficiencies

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

Assist with External Financial Audit and follow up audit recommendations

Identify efficiencies and improvements in current accounting practices

Other duties as assigned

​ Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst or similar role

Ideally 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting firms – audit firm.

Experience on managing Financial Audits

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance.

Cost Accounting experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with ERP implementation is a plus.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
