OverviewScope of Responsibilities:
Assist with regulatory and compliance matters within ProAct.
Job Summary:
Responsible for administrative tasks to meet the regulatory and compliance needs of ProAct and ProAct Pharmacy Services.
Partner with other team members to assist with processes related to contracting, licensing, reporting, and other regulatory/compliance requirements. Communicate with those outside department as necessary.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparation, organization, and communication relating to items such as contracts, licensing/registration applications, and reports
Provide support for other departments within ProAct for the status of contracts, licenses, or other items
Provides support, when needed, to ProAct Pharmacy Services for regulatory and/or compliance matters, including licensing and/or registration
Update tracking documents relating to expiration, renewal, or other dates relating to contracts, licenses, and/or reports
Create agendas and gather information for meetings and presentations
Assist with required application or report submissions, mailings, and payment requests
Support preparation and review of regulatory filings
Supports HIPAA compliance efforts to ensure policies and procedures are appropriate to meet requirements
Communicates with external agencies or partners as needed
Prioritizes workflow to meet internal and external deadlines
Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to job duties
Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
QualificationsJob Skills Required:
Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate both on the phone and in group setting
Strong Organizational Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word along with Adobe
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize multiple tasks along with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
Understanding of PBM and/or TPA industry, preferred
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
Preferred: AS Degree or Higher
Experience:
Preferred: prior role in clerical position or similar
Preferred: minimum of 1 year in a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) setting with working knowledge of operations.
Special Conditions of Employment:
Drug test
Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation
$17.84 - 18.84 per hour.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
