Job Description: Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager will assist with the development and maintenance of strong associate relations, organizational and employee development, talent management, benefits and wellness programs, and payroll functions. This role will act as a trusted advisor across all areas of Human Resources, delivering exceptional services and support to recruit, grow, and retain top talent. The HR Manager will work closely with department managers to support them in managing personnel matters and building trust within their teams.Key Responsibilities:Associate Relations & Talent Management:
Assist in maintaining positive associate relations and driving talent management initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.Benefits & Wellness:
Manage and optimize employee benefits and wellness programs, including open enrollment, benefits fairs, and insurance meetings.Payroll Functions:
Oversee payroll functions and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Collaboration with Managers:
Work directly with department managers to support them in personnel matters, building trust and providing guidance on HR processes.Recruitment Strategy:
Maintain and continuously improve the company's recruitment strategy, with a focus on KPIs such as retention rates, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and employer branding.Event Planning:
Plan, organize, and execute company events including employee benefits fairs, insurance meetings, and other HR-related activities.Leadership:Team Development:
Lead a team of HR professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to develop team members for future leadership roles.Empowerment:
Collaborate with leaders to empower employees to take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to departmental goals.Policy & Procedure Improvement:Policy Review:
Review and recommend improvements to organizational policies and procedures related to HR matters.Compliance:
Ensure the organization is compliant with all federal, state, and local HR legislation, and communicate any changes in policies and procedures.HR Strategies:
Deliver HR strategies that adapt to evolving business needs and ensure compliance in all HR processes, including new hire orientation and training.HR Technology & Data Management:HRIS & Data Analytics:
Utilize HRIS and other HR tools to manage teams and track data. Partner with department leaders to share insights and make data-driven decisions.Exit Interviews:
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons behind employee separations and provide actionable insights to reduce turnover.Requirements:Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field.Certifications:
