Administrative Assistant Siegel, Barnett and Schutz, LLP, a fast-paced general practice law firm, has an opening for a full time administrative assistant. Applicant must be hard-working, ethical, organized, ambitious, and able to work well with others. Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff. Answer phone calls and schedule meetings. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. Schedule projects and review work with supervisor. Calendar deadlines, appointments, and events. Make travel arrangements for attorneys including flights, cars, and hotel. Desired Qualities: Intelligence, initiative, politeness and professional communication skills. Able to support team by performing tasks related to the organization. Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications: Strong writing skills and understanding of correct grammar, use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook), time management, organization, professionalism, problem solving, verbal communication, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. Work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break. Siegel, Barnett and Schutz offers a flexible work schedule for its employees.
