Job Responsibilities:0-2 years of experience requiredThis is an essential employee position which requires the team member to work on-site daily to handle physical checks and paperwork at our Irving, Texas location M-F 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Candidates should be able to lift 10 - 15 pounds, stand for periods of 15 to 30 minutes at a time and walk for short distances within the building.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for multiple tasks including Scanning, copying, sorting media and checks, physically picking up and delivering work around the office, utilizing intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel spreadsheets, Word Documents, Outlook and more. Also, learning new tasks, taking notes, asking questions, communicating with stakeholders, building relationships. Writing letters, filling out online logs and other duties as assigned. Paid on the job training will last for multiple weeks and run concurrently on several assigned tasks.Job Qualifications• High School Graduate• Able to work overtime on an as needed basis• Ability to cross train on other roles/responsibilities to help Peers• Strong customer service skills• Mainframe & SAP knowledge, preferred• Microsoft Outlook, Word, PDF, Zoom, TEAMS Experience• Intermediate Excel Skills• Typing and 10-key skills• Critical thinking, strong analytical and investigative skills• Strong math skills and general accounting principles knowledge• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Ability to prioritize work & organize workload to meet strict deadlines
