Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout various projects Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure theyre clearly understood by relevant teams Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities Serve as product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required 3 years IT PO experience Functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 FnO Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology, Jira/Azure DevOps Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team Understanding of business value related to features and functions Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders Strong advocate for adherence to standards, best practices, and delivery processes Experience in working within teams using hybrid, Agile methodologies Provides the overall design direction, solution, development, and oversight of product Capable of driving requirements, planning, and designing value streams for D365 FnO Certifications Required Preferred Certifications: Microsoft D365 certifications FnO preferred Product owner certifications, trainings Unique Requirements Travel to approved conferences or events as needed, up to 10% Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $125,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
