Job Summary:

The Senior Product Owner - CRM is a pivotal role within our Business System team, responsible for translating business strategy into actionable tasks that drive the creation and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) product and ensure adherence to the Agile scrum process. As the driving force behind our product development process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and execute the vision and strategy for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) solutions. Reporting to the Business Systems team, you will ensure that our products meet both business and user needs.This position must report to either the SHI Somerset, NJ, or Austin, TX, office locations as determined by SHI management.About Us:Since 1989, SHI International Corp. has helped organizations change the world through technology. If you join our team, youll enjoy:Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S.Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities.Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family.World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive in our offices or yours.Responsibilities:Include, but not limited to :Business functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including conducting workshops, designing future-state processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders to define objectives and outcomesHelps stakeholders define processes and be an advisor to customers and other consultantsAdvises stakeholders on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architectureAssists technical consultants with architecting CRM, related customizations, and reports to model the clients organizational processesProvide guidance and support to stakeholders during the implementation process, including training and troubleshootingCreate and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use casesExperience in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Project ServiceGood knowledge with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMApply deep knowledge of Agile principles and extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsExecute on complex products, managing interdependencies and driving a successful roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365)Assess and ensure that the customers existing sales processes are closely aligned with industry best practices for services and product sales. Configure and optimize CRM features accordingly to enhance efficiencyIdentify opportunities for improvement by recommending additional CRM features or defining new processes that could provide significant value to the business

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum 7+ years of experience in driving product vision, roadmap, design, and communicationMinimum 7+ years of experience with Agile principles, leading scrums, building user stories, writing specifications, and managing team resourcesExtensive techno-functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365)Required Skills:

Knowledge of Agile principlesExperience in leading scrums, building user stories, writing specifications, and managing team resourcesUnderstanding what is required to create a successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) applicationAbility to manage and arrange sprintsAbility to advocate for your ideas and influence people at all levels across a wide variety of job functionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional teamPreferred SkillsCSPO certificationMicrosoft CRM Application certification a plus (such as MB-200, MB-210-240, MB-600, MB2-710, +/or MB2-716)Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar toolsUnderstanding of SHI systems from a technical and business perspectiveUnique Requirements:

CSPO certification is preferred but not requiredAdditional Information:

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $165,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
