Required Technical Skill Set

Proficient in data model design for CMDB including design of entity relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries.Proficient in reporting and analysis, particularly with respect to CMDB quality and process complianceStrong knowledge in ServiceNow CMDB back-end databaseStrong knowledge on Snow Mirror database configurationStrong knowledge on Snow Mirror data replicationExperience in building data models for ServiceNow CMDB Data ModelExperience in migrating ServiceNow CMDB data to external databaseExperience in mapping ServiceNow Application fields to back-end databasesStrong knowledge in writing page long complex SQL/Snowflake queries to join 20+ tables from CMDB/Snow Mirror database to create denormalized layer for reporting.Strong data modelling experience for Analytical and Reporting Layer for BI and Big data environmentsShould be well versed working in Agile methodology.Very Good communication skill.
