Job Description:
Responsible for analysis and developing recommendations to facilitate planning decisions during all phases of the demand and supply planning cycle (S&OP). Provide technical process and systems expertise to others, perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting and lead/ participate in special projects. Growth mindset, the skills to deep dive, and the ability to build cross-functional synergies required to drive continuous improvement across the organization and a stronger supply chain. Job duties:
Data analysis and decision making to support demand. Provide analytical support for SCM planning, projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
Collaborate with Warehouse and Production for end-to-end efficiencies.
Facilitate engagement of all factors in the planning cycle, including production, inventory control, distribution, finance, marketing, and sales.
Prepare analytical models to ensure smooth planning and operations.
Implement data collection to track performance metrics for suppliers, Production, and Warehouse.
Analyze and identify impact of changes to supply chain’s schedule and critical path. Additionally, develop alternative paths and risk mitigation strategies to key stakeholders within company.
Design, develop, and implement operational and financial analysis of supply chain.
Use data mining, analytical tools, or statistical modeling to research inputs and develop scenarios for simulation models.
Evaluate business processes, provide recommendations, and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Responsible for sourcing and management of suppliers in support of business activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field with minimum six (6) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and analytical approach towards problem solving in a matrix environment.
Ability to analyze data, present findings, and make recommendations.
Advanced computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong ERP usage and understanding.
Desired Qualifications
Medical device industry experience.
Working knowledge of planning tools such as SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
