Camp Ramah in the Berkshires is a vibrant summer camp community, where children grow in a beautiful and safe setting, surrounded by life-long friends and nurtured by spirited role models.

From sports to the arts and from swimming to outdoor adventure, Camp is infused with the best of the tradition and values of Conservative Judaism: love of mitzvot, Hebrew language, and the land and people of Israel; commitment to inclusion and Tikkun Olam; and the joy of learning and prayer.

Ramah Berkshires, a vibrant, co-ed, overnight summer camp—located just 90 miles from NYC—is seeking nurses to join our '24 Health Center team. These are ideal positions for someone looking for a rewarding experience, working with kids 8-17 in a professional yet informal camp environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Medical administration

Triage and treatment

Working with onsite MD

BENEFITS:

$2000 wk

Private housing w/AC

All meals provided

Weekly laundry service

Time off each day

1 day off per week

As a camp nurse, you’ll assist in treating colds, coughs, allergies, sprains, poison ivy, fractures, and everyday cuts and bruises. Medication is dispensed daily by the Health Center team, a daily “sick call” addresses non-acute concerns, and more serious emergencies are transported to a local hospital.
