Senior Designer

Integrate interdisciplinary criteria to effectively move forward the urban design and planning of large projects. Master’s in Urban Design, Urban Planning, or related field and 3 years of experience. The 3 years of experience required must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: participating in large-scale planning, mixed-use, and transit-oriented development utilizing AutoCAD, Rhino, and parametric and rendering software; producing conceptual and construction drawings for all stages of commercial, corporate, and mixed-use projects; mapping and analyzing the effects of climate change using Geographic Information System (GIS) resources for sustainable planning on projects; and conducting high-level research, precedent, and relevant scale studies.

Minimum Salary: 90,000 Maximum Salary: 110,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
