Global Tax Director

The Global Tax Director is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the company's tax policies, procedures, and compliance for the Company's US and International operations as well as supporting the organization's global tax planning. This role ensures the company adheres to all federal, state, and local tax regulations, while also optimizing the company's tax position. The Director of Tax leads the tax team, providing guidance on complex tax issues, and collaborates with internal departments and external advisors to support business objectives.Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positionsOversee the preparation and filing of all federal, state, local, and international tax returns and ensure timely and accurate complianceIdentify and mitigate tax risks through proactive planning and risk management strategiesManage tax audits and disputes, representing the company in negotiations with tax authorities
