Description

LinQuest is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join our team in Dayton, OH. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

Inform the Archive Team of Knowledge Management (KM) practices and implement strategies to ensure the effective integration of the knowledge management discipline and processes

Design, develop, and implement knowledge management framework and initiatives for archiving and accessing classified data across geographically dispersed sites

Within the KM framework, define objectives and identify requirements capturing stakeholder needs and opportunities

Develop and maintain processes and tools for identifying, retrieving, storing, sharing, and enhancing domain data, information, and knowledge

Validate KM efforts to ensure information sharing meets the objectives and requirements of the DoD SAP enterprise

Scope and plan knowledge management projects to meet stakeholder requirements

Remain current on the KM Body of Knowledge and ensure Archive projects meet evolving DoD needs

Implement processes and procedures to enable continuous improvement of KM within the Archive program.

Oversee SAP KM security protocols and liaise as appropriate with IT, contract, industry, and security organizations and personnel

Required Skills and Experience:

Knowledge management certification or previous on-the-job knowledge management experience

Proficient in the knowledge management discipline and its application to systems and processes

Able to work independently yet collaborate as required across multiple organizations and technical disciplines.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Experience handling SAP information

Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Information Science or related technical field

TS/SCI clearance is required

Preferred Skills and Experience:

7 years of experience in a knowledge management role

Experience in data analysis, data visualization, information management, and strategic planning

Software program management experience

Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence tools and their application to the KM discipline.

Experience in using analytics/metrics to track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content.
