LinQuest is seeking a Knowledge Manager who will assist with consolidation of data from multiple SAP networks to one SAP network. A TS/SCI is required. The role is based in Washington, DC.Responsibilities:Establishes and maintains knowledge management system for Tempo GroupEncourages a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among programsMakes sure that the right knowledge goes to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to business activitiesHelps capture new knowledge with the usage of a knowledge management systemMonitors progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metricsProvides relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management cultureCoordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goalsConfers with program managers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution as neededEnsures programs are properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resourcesSupports and advises Government program management on integration across full spectrum of interfacesResponsible for review, analysis, quality assurance, cataloging, and metadata management of holdings across the data lifecycle of digital assetsProvide quality control and quality assurance support for digital records and systems IAW DAF and DoD directivesPossesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to translate ambiguity and incomplete information into insights and documentationCreate a forum for following campaigns, communicating evaluated solutions, and standardizing documentationGather, analyze, and compose technical information regarding the systems and servicesSkills and Qualifications Required:10+ years of general Knowledge Management experienceExtensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities' management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering.Familiarity with JIRA and ConfluencePreferred Skills and Qualifications:Certified Knowledge Manager Certification - Knowledge Management InstituteCompensation:

The salary for this position ranges from approximately $160,000 to $170,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.Benefits:
