Senior Business Support Specialist

The Business Support Specialist will provide direct support for the Program Element Office - Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management (PEO-C3BM) in the form of administrative (e.g., calendar management, planning, scheduling, and facilitating internal PEO-C3BM Team meetings and external meetings with stakeholders), and technical support to the government lead(s) for PEO-C3BM and related programs.
This job requires a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the Senior Materiel Leader (SML), Deputy Division Chief and Chief Engineer for PEO-C3BM with their administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities may include: Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, take broad direction on multiple tasks and work collaboratively Coordinate with senior managers to schedule and facilitate meetings Create executive-level communications Performing an array of administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor degree Minimum of five years working in a professional office environment Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Office 365), particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Proficiency with MS Teams and/or other collaboration applications including SharePoint The ability to listen and communicate effectively verbally and in writing US citizenship and a Top Secret clearance
Preferred Skills & Experience: Ten years experience working in government or defense industry environment Expert skills with MS Office Suite (Office 365), particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Familiarity with Acquisition and budgeting processes Active Top Secret w/SCI
Compensation : Starting salary ranges from $75,000-$90,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
