Revit Team Member

to join our growing team. The Revit Team Member will work with our BIM/VDC team to take our water resource projects to the next level. Utilizing Reality Capture Technology to create a digital twin model for our clients and design projects. This experienced designer will be immersed in the fast-paced water resources engineering environment, often requiring creative designs to solve complex design problems. Frequent coordination and communication with design engineers is essential to solving problems, improving processes, and completing projects on time.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of preparing and developing clear, complete, and accurate designs with Revit, and (BIM360/ACC). Utilization of reality capture, both field work and creating digital twin models based on reality capture is preferred. Qualified candidates must understand the water resource industry.Preferred locations for these positions are Boise, ID, Kirkland WA, Denver, CO, Possible Remote Opportunity.Responsibilities:Manage Revit/Reality Capture projects & coordinate with project teams.Must have knowledge of Structural and MEP disciplines.Actively participate in projects by providing support through all phases of design and delivery process.The ability to work and collaborate with Revit, and Reality Capture Technology within a master model.Develop and Maintain Reality Capture standards and processesTrain and support the team on scan to BIM best practicesMust be able to manage multiple assignments, remain highly organized, and produce products at a fast pace, while maintaining high quality standards.Preferred candidates will have worked on water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, and hydropower facilities or similar projects.

Qualifications:Technical or vocation program completion with focus in design and drafting; AA/AS preferred5-7 years experience preferred as a multi-discipline designerProficiency with Autodesk's Revit & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is required.2+ years surveying related experience is essential as you will be working independently alongside the installation team (our client)Ability to independently operate a total station to establish control network is essentialCommercial Scanning experience is a plusReality Capture using a Terrestrial ScannerProcessing and registration of multiple scansManage scan database, share with project teamIndoor and outdoor capturesCreating of models based on scan dataStrong technical skills and familiarity with reality capture technology and platforms.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Experience with Farro scanning technology is a plus.Must have good technical writing and professional communication skillsProficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to collaborate productively with multidisciplinary team members on a variety of concurrent projects.Photogrammetry Reality CaptureTotal Station or other layout experienceDrone Reality CaptureAbility to travel extensively as required by project demands.Physical capability to walk extensive distances and navigate various terrains.Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Compensation Package:Pay Range:

$29.00 - $48.00 hr (DOE)Benefits:
