You will be joining a supportive and collaborative environment, who are committed to delivering excellence to their end-users. They have established an award winning company culture, where transparency and openness is fundamental, encouraging people to truly be themselves.You will take ownership of end-user training in their NYC office, where you will play a role in defining the firm's curriculum, designing and creating training resources, and delivering the content. You will also be involved in providing end-user support, taking escalations from the helpdesk team, and ensuring the smooth running of their IT function.What will this role look like?Create training materials and establish the curriculum.Hosting Q&A sessions for end-users on new software & platform roll-outs.Evaluate training needs, identify areas for development & engage in continuous improvement.Provide end-user support on technical issues, taking escalations from the helpdesk team.What do you need?MUST
