Job Description: This position will do the following: Coordinates the administration of employee benefits programs including health and welfare, PTO, retirement, and other total rewards and assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulation. Responsibilities include leading ongoing department communication and education relating to benefit offering and makes recommendations on how to improve plan design based on employee utilization and feedback and market trends. Compiles, analyzes, and reports data including employee, plan financials for strategic benefits planning and evaluation. Provides benefit plan interpretation, guidance, and counsel to employees, HRIS representatives, and managers. Presents information to inform and educate management.
