Bilingual Spanish/English Speakers are requiredJob Overview:The Chace People team is seeking an exceptional, bilingual Spanish/English-speaking Housekeeper to join our UHNW client between their two main family residences in Boca Raton and Wellington, Florida, USA.You will be joining a fully staffed household, working alongside three other experienced housekeepers, two of whom have been with the family for around 5 years. Your role will involve working on a rotational schedule, providing coverage seven days a week with five days on and two days off. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately or within two to four weeks' notice, to ensure a smooth transition. Flexibility for longer days when required and during family and guest visits is essential, and being a key team player is a must.Requirements:Detail-oriented and fast on your feetHighly professional and discreetExperienced working in VIP households, Superyachts or Luxury HotelsAble to learn quickly, be flexible and adaptableA team player who sees what needs to be done and gets it doneA valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for commuting between two main residencesKey Responsibilities:Deep cleaning of the full propertyTaking care of the pets on siteAssisting with service and cleaning down afterwardsTurn-down serviceLaundry and ironing, working alongside a dedicated LaundressWardrobe maintenanceWorking knowledge of various fine surfaces and materials and the appropriate products to useConstant detailing and maintenance of the different areas within the propertyHelping other team membersPacking and unpackingDaily cleaning and organisation of the storage and pantryThis is a full-time, permanent position and a complete package (including medical, holiday allowance and sick pay) will be provided.Application Process:To apply, please submit your resume and at least two professional references.
