Job Summary:As a Technical Integrations Product Owner, you will be responsible for the integration strategy, data flows, and API development that power our products.You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and end-users to ensure that the technical integrations align with business objectives and deliver a seamless experience. Knowledge of geospatial data and tools is a benefit, as many of our systems require working with location-based datasets.Key Responsibilities:Integration Strategy:
Define and drive the product strategy for system integrations, ensuring APIs and data flows are optimized for scalability and security.API Management:
Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and manage APIs that facilitate communication between our software and third-party systems.Data Flow Optimization:
Analyze and refine data pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure data transmission across systems. Work closely with developers to map out data flows.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with key stakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors, to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration with external services.Geospatial Integration
(Preferred): Leverage knowledge of geospatial technologies (such as GIS) to support integration of geospatial data for property management and charting applications.Roadmap Development:
Own the product integration roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.Technical Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation for APIs, data flows, and integration processes, ensuring transparency for development and external partners.Agile Practices:
Manage backlog and sprint planning for integration features, aligning them with broader product development timelines.User Feedback:
Gather feedback on integration performance and user experience to drive continuous improvement.Quality Assurance:
Ensure integrations meet high standards of security, performance, and compliance, working closely with QA and compliance teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment, with a strong focus on system integrations, APIs, and data flow management.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns.Familiarity with geospatial technologies (GIS) and handling geospatial data is a significant plus.Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in software integration for property management or government sectors is a plus.Compensation:
$220k base + equity
