WGA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor with a passion for supporting both clients and staff. In this position, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing a variety of direct outpatient services. As a Clinical Supervisor you will also provide clinical supervision to behavioral health technicians and paraprofessionals in the areas of assessment, appropriate level of care recommendations and treatment interventions for adult consumers in an outpatient recovery treatment program.

QUALIFICATIONS -

Masters degree in a behavioral health related field (social work, counseling, psychology, etc.) and two (2) years of work experience; or Bachelor\'s degree and four (4) years of work experience in direct care services in addictions or domestic violence programsLicensed as a Behavioral Health Professional with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners requiredMinimum 21 years of ageMust be able to adapt to diverse cultural environments and communicate in a culturally inclusive mannerStrong knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning and interventions in various settings and modalities, as well as superior clinical supervision knowledge/skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills, as well as professional meeting facilitation skillsDigital Skills utilizing Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Electronic Health Record SoftwareStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of peopleDemonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently, with flexibility to short notice changes

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Provide Clinical Oversight for all Clinical Team MembersCollaborate with the clinical team to provide support and quality care for each clientCreating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and client-focused treatment environmentAdherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal lawsMaintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere strictly to confidentiality requirementsEnsure staff are in compliance with documentation requirementsReview group progress notes, monthly reports, client assessments and intake paperwork, and treatment plan developmentReview employee Incident Reports and discuss concerns with staff as neededProvide direct services to clients with weekly group sessions for domestic violence, DUI, and Substance AbuseConduct screenings and assessments for DUI, Domestic Violence, and Anger Management services
