We are looking for a dedicated and experienced attorney with at least 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law to join our team.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court.Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations and arbitrations for plaintiffs.Establish strong client relationships, providing clear communication and support throughout legal proceedings.Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.Minimum of 5 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases.Proven track record of successfully managing personal injury claims, including litigation experience.Strong negotiation and communication skills.What we offer:Full support staffTop percentage on settlements in the industry
