Product Manager
to join our
Small Business
team.Responsibilities
Serves as a primary subject matter expert for the small business customer, products, and experience.Continuously evaluates the small business banking market dynamics, trends, risks, and opportunities.Understands the competitive environment including capabilities, positioning, strengths, and weaknesses.Actively manages select small business products including digital solutions emphasizing growth optimization, product development and commercialization.Develops and maintains customer profiles and personas to inform strategic product decisions.Defines product strategies including product promotion and positioning to drive growth through customer acquisition and relationship depth programs.Maintains product roadmap and backlog informed by voice of customer and voice of sales input.Recommends product enhancements / new products and creates business case justification.Determines pricing strategy to ensure growth and financial objectives are achieved.Seeks to collaborate with internal partners including commercial and consumer leadership, sales/relationship managers, operations, marketing, and risk management.Strategizes with sales partners to develop sales campaigns and product growth initiatives.Engages partners including vendors to coordinates the resolution of product related issues.Develops bank employee or customer training materials for products managed.Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.Perform additional duties as required.Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management within the digital / small business segment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related area.Deep and current knowledge of small business depository, payment needs along and product solutions.Willing to take ownership of both issues and opportunities ensuring an optimal customer experience.Goal-oriented strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.Customer centric approach to solutioning problems.Comfortable making decisions utilizing a combination of data and business acumen.Ability to operate within Univest's risk appetite.PC experience, specifically in Excel, Word, and Outlook desired.Click here for Benefit Information#Univest#LI-HybridAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
