PC Technician

to join their team!Salary/Hourly Rate:$25 - $27/hrPosition Overview:PC Technician - 3 months

PC Installation and support. The PC Technician works on docking the monitor will be installed on the left, and the regular monitor will be installed on the right.Responsibilities of the PC Technician:

Take monitors out of the box

Install monitors to the monitor arms

Connect the keyboard and mouse to the back of the docking monitor

Manage cables through the cable tray in the monitor arm

Test the dual monitor setup after the installation

Qualifications for the PC Technician:

Proficient in English with positive attitude, Effective end-user communication, analytical skills & customer oriented

Proficient in supporting Windows 11 client environment, Possess working knowledge in Outlook, WINDOW-based applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Basic knowledge in troubleshooting network connections with some understanding of basic TCP/IP concepts

Education Requirements:

Diploma in Computer Engineering is preferred or related fields with experience in PC/printer support & maintenance
