Job Posting: Permanent Audiologist (Days)Location: Mattoon, IL 61938, United StatesJob ID: 141024Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWeekend Requirements: NoneOn Call Requirements: NonePosition Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist to join our team in Mattoon, Illinois. This position involves providing a comprehensive range of audiological services at the Health Center, ENT office, and outreach sites.Key Responsibilities:
Provide audiological evaluations, including electronystagmography and evoked potential testing.Conduct real ear analysis, industrial hearing conservation services, and hearing aid evaluations/dispensing.Maintain competency in all areas of assigned client care needs and seek ongoing education.Coordinate schedules and assignments for maximum productivity and efficiency.Administer and evaluate videonystagmography tests.Perform electroacoustic analysis of hearing aids and real ear analysis/speech mapping.Conduct complete audiometric hearing test batteries for patients of all ages.Offer counseling to patients and families regarding hearing loss, hearing mechanisms, and hearing aid usage.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in audiology (required).Licensure: Must be a licensed Audiologist in Illinois (required).Education: Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent preferred.
