Qualifications:
Required:
Doctorate degree in Audiology
Valid Audiologist license in Illinois (IL)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Audiologist
Overview: Join our team as an Audiologist to provide a full range of audiological services in various settings, including the Health Center, ENT office, and outreach sites. The role involves administering tests, evaluating results, providing counseling to patients and families, and ensuring efficient coordination of schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive audiological services at the Health Center, ENT office, and other outreach sites.
Administer and evaluate video nystagmography tests.
Conduct electroacoustic analysis of hearing aids for documentation and troubleshooting.
Perform complete audiometric hearing tests for differential diagnosis of hearing loss.
Offer counseling to patients and families on hearing function, nature of hearing loss, and use of hearing aids.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Schedule and Shift Details:
8-hour days, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a business casual dress code.
Approximately 10 - 12 patients per day.
