Job Description:Minimum 1.5 yrs. hands on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineerExperience in Providing Hands & feet Support for Network and Datacentre Equipment's/DevicesCCNA or Equivalent experience / knowledgeStrong Microsoft Operating System installation(Win 7 & Win10/11) and troubleshooting skillsStrong experience in troubleshooting MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking conceptsPC / Laptop hardware repair experience. Ability to achieve HP Repair CertificationStrong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and HandheldsBasic understanding of Audio/Video equipment and conference room setupUser account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution listsRemote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools tool. EscalationsTroubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations, and performance issues.Handheld - Blackberry, Android & IOS support knowledgeStrong Customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood Understanding of ITIL processesHand on Experience on ITSM tools like Service NowSoft Skills- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)- Good documentation skills- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)- Should have a great customer handling skills- Able to handle unforeseen situations
