Continuously enhances the consumer experience, with the goal of improving ecommerce conversion, retention and expansion.Promotes a culture of innovation through implementation of a rigorous testing and feedback mechanism.Collaborates with key, cross-functional team members (Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Support, Sales, etc.) to develop hypotheses and test plans that align with business objectives.
Utilizing key learnings to drive product, customer portal and website roadmap requirements and improvements.Data Driven Optimization:
Utilizing strong quantitative skills to analyze sales flow performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Analyzing and interpreting test and performance data.Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics such as conversation rates and bounce rates; implement data-driven strategize to optimize the sales journey.
Communicating strategy & results and providing regular updates related on key performance metrics, achievements and areas of improvement/growth.What you need to succeed8+ years of hands-on experience in Consumer eCommerce (DTC) sales user experience and conversion optimization.Superior analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with data teams to derive actionable insights.Expertise in web analytics tools, user behavior analysis, funnel analysis and site performance tracking.Proficiency in website testing methodologies, statistical validation, and deep understanding of conversion funnels, current Close Rate Optimization /Web practices and tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and complex information to broader stakeholders and executive leadership.Strong business judgment and ability to identify, prioritize and articulate high impact initiatives.Experience with SAAS models/subscription products required.One last thingOpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
