Your campaigns/programs will incorporate a full marketing mix including, account-based marketing, digital including social and virtual events. You will leverage your relationship skills to build the trust and credibility with the field.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERSWorking closely with sales and account development to generate sales qualified leads, pipeline and revenueDeveloping and executing account-based marketing strategies that align with sales business prioritiesOwning responsibility for planning, managing, and executing Field Marketing programs for the United States and Canada for multiple business unitsBuilding annual marketing plans with emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities and progressing existing opportunities - and aligning with the Key Strategic Growth Initiatives to support the Enterprise sales organizationIncorporating digital marketing in the development of campaign strategy including inbound and outboundDeveloping strategy, planning and executing marketing campaigns and programs to support specific business initiatives -this includes virtual events, email, online/digital media, direct mail, sponsorships, and advertising - creativity is a must!Evaluating, measuring, and reporting on all marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI on a monthly and quarterly basisWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDA minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing programs, campaign development or related experience in an enterprise software company.Familiarity with lead generation and lead management tactics and process, pipeline management and the associated measures and metricsSalesforce and marketing automation (preferably Eloqua) experienceStrong communication skills as you will be required to work with and persuade many constituents within the organizationStrong project management skills to work closely with team members, product marketing, industry experts, and field marketers to ensure timely execution on all programsStrong analytical skills to understand the campaign metrics and provide meaningful analysis of the campaign performance leveraging Salesforce.com and Eloqua reporting and dashboardsA proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including leads, pipeline and revenue.A self-motivated, performance-driven and professional demeanorBachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent work experienceONE LAST THING:OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
