Job Type: Full Time / Long-term Contract

The A.C. Coy company has an opening for a Benefits Assistant. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of benefits experience.
Responsibilities
Support 401(k) plan administration including reviewing transactions, responding to basic employee questions, preparing annual vesting process reports, and preparing & validating data reports
Support health & wellness benefits administration including responding to vendors regarding invoice matters, completing life insurance evidence of insurability tasks, preparing and routing vendor and premium payments, and responding to basic employee questions
Update and distribute benefits communication materials
Maintain information located in the company's HR system
Support open enrollment as needed
QualificationsEducation Required:
High School Diploma
Experience Required:
2 years of experience working with 401(k) benefits and health & wellness benefits
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Word and Excel
