Atlanta, GAResponsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate conferences, trade shows, and community events.Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.Support on-site event setups, registrations, and attendee management during events.Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure all event needs are met.Prepare promotional materials and assist in marketing campaigns to maximize event attendance.Maintain budgetary guidelines and assist in tracking expenses related to events.Gather feedback and compile reports post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in event design.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic event management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Benefits:Competitive entry-level salary.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
