About Us:
The Entry Level Event Specialist assists in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, from corporate functions to promotional activities. This role involves collaborating with the events team to ensure smooth operations, managing event logistics, and enhancing attendee experiences. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for event planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and organizing company events, including setup, scheduling, and logistics.Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure event requirements are met.Support the creation of event materials, such as signage, schedules, and promotional items.Help manage event registration, attendee check-in, and provide on-site assistance as needed.Contribute to post-event evaluations to analyze successes and areas for improvement.Maintain inventory of event supplies and assist in preparing event kits and materials.Provide excellent customer service to attendees and address any questions or concerns.What You Bring:
