Full Job DescriptionMid Level Art DirectorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid Level Art Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, graphic design, and video editing, and will play a key role in shaping visual concepts and executing innovative design solutions across various platforms.Location: Fully Remote Duration: 3 months to start Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop creative concepts for projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Oversee the visual style and imagery in projects, ensuring alignment with client branding and goals.Design and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and animations for digital and print media.Manage and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the design process.Present design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating creative direction.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, and video editing.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and successful projects.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
