Responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of imaging centers, strategic planning, administrative and technical staff management, budget management, business development and growth initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with our radiologist partners and working closely with all partners, and building and maintaining relationships with referring groups. This position is also responsible for meeting the quality and operational goals (i.e., efficiency, productivity, costs) for the market.

This is a

full-time position Monday thru Friday corporate hours

.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(75%) Operational Excellence & ManagementLeads the development and implementation of programs, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operationAnalyzes operations related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment and supplies, and recommends and implements solutions and changesEstablishes communication strategy and ensures ongoing and timely communication to management and staff related to the market and CompanyDevelops and manages the budget and recommends financial decisions for the marketOwns P&L performance for the marketMonitors performance and profitability of services offered and takes action as needed to address issues and develop opportunitiesDevelops and manages partner relationships with radiologist groupsPartners with Account Executives and Market Success Managers in maintaining strong relationships with centers' customer base through delivery of extraordinary customer service, personal visits, and support with referring providersAdministers quality programs and meets or exceeds key quality and productivity measures in patient service, customer (referral) service, clinical programs, and administrative functionsSupports the payor contracting process for the marketPartners closely with corporate and support center functional areas, as well as the local operations staff within the market, to ensure smooth and successful integration and implementation of services into existing centers.Works with center leadership teams on key goals to ensure alignment with organizational objectivesInitiates and participates in staff performance evaluations, compensation and development of associates including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or terminationsBuilds, develops and manages sales and operations team capable of implementing operational and growth strategiesDevelops, coaches and provides training opportunities for all direct reports based on assessment of individual needs to ensure critical leadership developmentImplements strategies to promote teamwork across departments and centersParticipates in the hiring and training of new operations and sales leaders for marketMaintains staff retention, including technologists, by implementing effective retention strategiesDevelops and implements the strategic and tactical operating plans for the market

(25%) Business DevelopmentLeads growth initiatives for the market, whether through same store, new product or service lines or acquisitionMonitors external and internal environment for development of new market segmentsMonitors and coordinates the implementation of business plans and acquisition plans for all centers added or expanded within the market or market segmentsEnsures profitable growth and increases market share for existing operations through leadership of sales teamDevelops long-range goals for the market that align with the strategic and growth plans of the companyDemonstrates knowledge of, and supports, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior

#LI-SO1SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:Required:Bachelor's degree5 or more years of demonstrated success in healthcare operations and managementKnowledge of the provider, payor and employer communitiesSkill in organizing and prioritizing work and following assignments through to completionAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlinesKnowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocolsKnowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelinesAbility to maintain and build constructive relationships that produce resultsAbility to effectively supervise exempt and non-exempt staffAbility to understand financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures

Preferred:MBA or MHA
