The Project Scheduler will be responsible for schedule development and analysis using the primavera P6 project management software. This person will analyze schedule metrics, critical path and float, and also use other tools to measure schedule margin, develop resource loaded schedules, and develop project schedule and cost metrics (spi and cpi). Provide evaluation and analysis of construction scheduling using Acumen Fuse or equivalent and similar software. Determine if the construction schedule represents a reasonable and feasible approach. Review projects for logic ties, durations, and resources such that the schedule represents an effective plan to accomplish the associated scope of work. Develop resource loaded schedules Job Requirements Must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant major (engineering, construction management preferred) and/or 3-5 years of experience in the design, construction or consulting industry with experience in a wide range of projects Must be in the process of pursuing or already have a professional designation including, but not limited to CCP, PE, CVS, PMP Membership in a relevant professional organization desired Knowledge and proficiency with cost estimating standards such as EVMS standards such as EIA- 748/NDIA 748D, etc. Desired Qualifications Strong written and oral presentation skills Proficient with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Crystal Ball, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organization skills Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously Strong initiative Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Physical Requirements Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
