Job Duties
Duty/ResponsibilitySupport department business operational aspects including, but not limited to, FOAPAL documentation, general policy questions, and internal billing. Provide information related to departmental and university policies and procedures
Duty/ResponsibilityProcess financial transactions, including purchasing card transactions, ensure all receipts are received, and include proper documentation for tracking. Create, approve, and modify documentation for purchases as requested.
Duty/ResponsibilityManage purchasing cardholders and the distribution of cards, educate card users in the practice and policies.
Duty/ResponsibilityPerform manual and/or online data inquiry analysis, research, and retrieval of information using Kronos timekeeping system, Banner, UShop procurement system, and others.
